What if an issue arises?

While Print My Design takes every precaution to minimise the occurrence of damaged goods, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In the event of receiving damaged items, please promptly contact us at info@printmydesign.uk.com. Include a detailed description of the damage and attach digital images for our insurance records and any claims against the courier. Keep the damaged item as we may need it for return purposes. Once notified and provided with images, we will expedite the replacement process for the damaged goods.

Delayed Delivery – Common Causes

Artwork Discrepancy: Ensure that the artwork aligns with the requested number of printed sides. We make an effort to contact customers if there’s a suspicion of an error in the specified printing sides.

Incomplete Address: To facilitate smooth delivery, provide a complete address, including the house name/number and postcode.
